Job Title: Senior Administration Manager
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hours: 36 hours a week – flexible
Salary: £13.00 -£15.00 per hour
Our client: one of the leading centres specialising in policy, development, education and research in health and social care services in the UK are looking to strengthen their management and leadership teams, they are currently looking for a Senior Programmes Manager to join their organisation immediately on an ongoing temporary basis.
The Senior Programmes Manager will be responsible for administrative support to the different programmes, you will focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and overall relationship building.
As a Senior Manager, delivery excellence comes as standard. You will find yourself leading Programmes and key workstreams for clients and using your experience and knowledge of Higher Education postgraduate programmes to shape initiation, advise and mentor staff through the Programme lifecycle.
*Lead a team of administrators who are responsible for all the administration of the Leadership Academy Programmes, managing staff and the relevant resources, ensuring workload is evenly distributed and managing resources.
*Act as the main interface and central point of liaison between members and services to co-ordinate all aspects of high risk, complex projects/programmes, ensuring positive relations maintain.
*Supporting project leaders in developing operational strategies in the context of the training requirements as well as risk management
*Work with various internal teams to ensure the team maintains a strong reputation in their line of work
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*Proven experience working in higher education essential
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proven experience of managing a team effectively
*Ability to use your own initiative and manage complex tasks for yourself and administrative team
*High levels of diplomacy and negotiation skills
*Strong IT skills comfortable using MS office packages
*Strong administrative skills
