Job Title: HR Administrator

Contract:Temporary – Permanent – Full Time

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000

Location: Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced HR Administrator to provide an efficient support service to a key figure within the organisation.

You will be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures, as well as providing executive administrative support to the department.

This is a challenging role, requiring accuracy and attention to detail offering development and progression. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a prestigious establishment based near central Birmingham.

Principal Responsibilities:

*Provide a comprehensive and high quality administrative support service.
*Organising meetings, preparing agendas, reports and relevant papers.
*Diary management, including meetings, travel, plans and itineraries.
*Full administration support for the office, develop processes.
*Action and manage correspondence, proactively chase any outstanding requirements.
*Extensive liaison at different levels both within the organisation and externally.
*Reviewing, developing and implementing office procedures and practices.
*Ad hoc projects and general administration tasks as required.

Skills / Experience:

*Previous experience of working in an HR Admin role at senior level.
*Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
*Develop excellent working relationships and can take a personal responsibility for actions.
*Able to work autonomously and within strict deadlines to high a standard.
*Juggle conflicting demands, using initiative and a professional manner.
*Strong IT skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
