How do we earn our fees?
Our fees are only charged when we have sucessfully placed a candidate with you. This means that we place considerable resources at your disposal and only present candidates who we believe match your criteria.
By working in partnership with you we will:
- Assign a team of two trained Consultants to visit you at your offices to discuss your requirements
- Advise on job descriptions, person specifications and market place issues
- Provide a recruitment plan for us to manage on your behalf
- Provide a comprehensive search of our extensive pool of pre-screened candidates
- Provide where appropriate free Media and Web advertising
- Thoroughly pre screen advert response
- Face to face, tailored interviews fulfilling your individual requirements
- Assess Software skills as well as Grammar, Spelling and Visual Accuracy
- Personality profiling available
- Discuss the job description thoroughly and question the applicants suitability
- We promote your company and the opportunity honestly
- We not only forward candidates that match your criteria, but also we provide details of candidates with extra skills and potential, to add value to the role.
- Facilitate interviews, prompt feedback, offers and administration
- Provide an agreed program of after placement care
