Moving on in your career is one of the most stressful processes you can go through. You therefore need to ensure that you choose a professional consultancy to work with to help you make the right choices at the right time.
At Tirebuck Career Solutions we interview candidates on a daily basis and understand the stress and anxiety that you are feeling at this time. We believe that our candidates are equally as important to us as our clients – without you we do not have a business!
We believe in working closely with our candidates, offering you alternative ideas, suggesting other roles or areas of business which you may not have previously thought about. You all have transferable skills and it is our role, as trained recruitment consultants, to open new avenues for you.
Over the last five years we have worked with many candidates who have eventually become our clients and indeed clients who have also become our candidates. This is an indication of our ability to build long term business relationships. Many of our candidates come to us through recommendation both from our candidates and clients.

The registration process – you are invited to meet a qualified consultant who will become your main point of contact at Tirebuck Career Solutions. We know that the first step in finding a new job can be very daunting and some people are nervous and do not know what to expect – you can rest assured that we have your interests at heart and can promise that you will have a very positive and rewarding experience. We have given many candidates a huge boost in confidence when they realise how valuable their skills and experience will be in the current market.
Our consultant will meet with you and discuss your career history and aspirations. Together we will devise an action plan, our main purpose is to build a relationship with you and understand your needs. We take the time to listen to you and make you feel welcome and valued.
We analyse your CV and if necessary suggest modifications – we find that candidates sometimes do not have the experience of writing a CV to match the job they are applying for.
We offer interview guidance and advise you on training needs. In fact, we hold your hand through the whole process from registration, to interview to starting your new job. Following every interview we ask for your feedback and give you the client’s feedback. This process enables you to develop your interview skills and make the right decision.
We provide individually tailored service to our candidates:
- The proactive process – this option will appeal to candidates who are either available immediately or who are extremely unhappy in their current role. If this is the service you require, you will register exclusively with us for an agreed period of time.
- We will discuss with you companies which we believe will suit your profile and experience from our existing database (in excess of 500 companies).
- We will also actively approach companies in the industry sectors and geographical locations where you would like to work.
- We will write to these companies on your behalf and discuss with them the benefits of recruiting someone of your calibre.
- The reactive process – some candidates are not looking immediately

- Our interview process is thorough and usually face to face – we explore your past experiences and your career aspirations.
- We will never send your CV to a company without first discussing it with you.
- We may include a profile of you on mailshots to our client base – this will be confidential and will not disclose your full details.
