Our candidate is a hard-working and proactive individual who has recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Business Studies. His working experience to date has mainly been in Customer Service roles where his positive and friendly manner comes to the forefront. One of his key strengths is being a team player but he is equally capable using his own initiative to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner. With a clear and confident telephone manner, he has excellent communication skills and is able to deal effectively with any problems or difficult situations that arise in his working environment. Fully experienced in a wide range of computer packages, this enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate is now looking to further his career in a busy and challenging role in which he can progress and continue to improve his skillset, ideally based in the West Midlands.
