The Process
When you choose to work with us we will start the following process:
- Register your vacancy and meet your dedicated account manager
- Visit your premises for a full briefing
- Develop a job/person spec and agree a recruitment plan
- Brief all our divisions and search our database for suitable candidates
- Write adverts and use our buying power to source candidates from the UK’s leading job boards
- Receive and review between 10 and 100 advert responses and telephone screen
- Conduct a face to face competency interview
- Produce a definitive short list and justify the inclusion of individuals
- Organise interviews, take feedback from both parties and organise 2nd interviews
- Negotiate the offer and work towards a start date
- Provide an aftercare process to ensure clients and candidates are happy with the outcome
Our Fees
- Our fees are tiered and flexible to suit your requirements.
- We offer an industry ground breaking 16 week rebate period.
This means we will do all we can to find you the right candidate and will only present those for interview who we believe accurately match your criteria.
In the unlikely event that we cannot assist, we are refreshingly honest. We do not wish to tarnish a hard-earned and well-deserved reputation for integrity.
