How do I register with Tirebuck Recruitment?
To register your details with Tirebuck Recruitment you need to fill out the Candidate Registration form on this website by clicking
here. If you have already registered with Tirebuck at any point in the past,
click here to go to the re-registration form.
What market sectors do you recruit for?
Through our specialist divisions we recruit for Legal, HR, Executive PA, Sales & Marketing, and Finance positions.
Our Commercial Division covers a wide range of support roles, including customer service, administrators, receptionists,
office managers, and secretaries.
Do you offer temporary work?

How long will it take to find me a job?
The time it takes to find you a job will depend on your qualifications, skills, experience, flexibility and current market conditions.
Sometimes our candidates are offered positions within days of registering, and occasionally the process can take months.
What is the process?
At Tirebuck we pride ourselves on our thorough recruitment process. As a candidate you will be met by at least
one of our specialist consultants to tailor the recruitment process to your individual needs. We never put your
details forward for a job without your consent, and will only do so if we are confident that it is your ideal role.
Our aftercare process continues for up to 16 weeks after you start a new job and we take a long term interest in your future.

What is the relationship between Tirebuck Recruitment and Allocate Recruitment?
Allocate recruitment is the Stratford-upon-Avon partner of Tirebuck Career Solutions, and handles all jobs in Warwickshire area.
Consultants work together across the two companies, so you may find that you are contacted by both Allocate and Tirebuck staff
while searching for a role.
Why do the Tirebuck and Allocate websites have the same vacancies listed?
The Tirebuck and Allocate websites are powered by the Tirebuck group database, and display all jobs we are currently recruiting for.
It does not matter which site you use to apply for jobs, as the inquiry will be handled by the appropriate team upon submission.
However, please do not apply to both sites, as you will create duplicate records.
